Trade account FAQs

Who can open a trade account?

Registered Australian businesses with an ABN that resell or use pet products – pet shops, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, produce stores and similar businesses. We don't sell to the public.

How long does approval take?

We review applications quickly and usually send your trade login within one business day.

How do I see prices and place orders?

Trade prices are shown once you log in. Use the login we send you to order through our B2B ordering portal.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order value is $150 (ex GST). If we agree to process a smaller order, a $20 handling surcharge applies.

How much is freight?

Standard freight is free on orders of $1,000 or more (ex GST) delivered to a business address in the Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metro areas. Discounted and promotional items don't count towards the $1,000, and accounts with a standing discount aren't eligible.

For all other orders, we quote freight once your order is packed and confirm it with you before dispatch.

What are the payment terms?

Credit accounts trade on 30-day terms. C.O.D. accounts pay when ordering. Full details are in our Trade Terms and Conditions.

What if something arrives damaged or short?

Let us know in writing within 7 business days of the invoice date at info@envon.com.au. Other returns need our written authorisation first. See our refund policy.
